An anti aging skin care routine reduces the growing symptoms of aging and at the same time promotes youthfulness of your skin.

  • Exfoliation – Exfoliating your skin once or twice a week helps to clear the dead cells of your skin. It also promotes rejuvenation of new cells.
  • Toner- A hydrating toner will balance the PH levels of your skin.
  • Serum- Serums which contain ingredients like vitamin C, retinol, hyaluronic acid, and peptides help in significantly reducing wrinkles and improve skin texture.
  • Moisturizer: Moisturizer hydrate your skin, hence keeping it soft and supple for long.
  • Healthy Lifestyle Habits- A healthy lifestyle promotes good skin health. Getting enough sleep, staying hydrated and eating a balanced diet is important.
  • Hydration- One should drink a minimum of 2 to 3 litres of water in order to stay hydrated from inside.
